One of the areas I have a particular experience of working with is anxiety. Anxiety is more common than you think, it's estimated that over 3 million people in the UK alone experience an anxiety disorder.

Anxiety is hugely impactful in both physical and emotional terms and living with it not only affects ourselves but those around us. A certain level of anxiety is natural, in fact it's a good thing it keeps us aware of possible causes of concern. However when anxiety starts to detrimentally impact our lives then it's time to look at where it comes from, to understand it is to learn to start managing it differently. The way I work is to look at where the anxiety comes from for you, what triggers it and also useful coping techniques.
